  • NO. Divine Sweat is all about dancing for healing, expression, and moving energy. No need to impress. Just express.

  • If youโ€™re feeling nudged to try it, and you are a spirit in a body, this is for you! All spiritual paths, levels, and avenues are embraced. Love and acceptance of everyoneโ€™s journey is a core principle of Divine Sweat.

  • All fitness levels are welcome! You are free to modify moves so the workout can meet you were youโ€™re at! The energetic workout is just as important as the physical workout. Donโ€™t let one keep you from the other.

  • Like for any workout, wear comfortable, sweat-proof clothing in which you can MOVE. Tennis shoes are used for 75% of the activation, removed for the rest. A yoga mat and water bottle are also recommended, as well as item of special meaning for the altar (optional).
